In June of 1994 the law firm of Burnetti, P.A. was established by its founding partner Doug Burnetti. The firm was started in a two room office in central Florida with a receptionist and secretary. Over the course of the next two years, Doug was joined by his brother, Dean Burnetti. From that date forward, Doug and Dean worked together representing individuals and consumers across the state of Florida in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, workers compensation and social security disability claims. From commencement, the progression of Burnetti, P.A. has been one of growth and aggression. The firm believes a philosophy of hard work and intent to represent clients to the fullest has been the basis for that success.

Today,  Burnetti, P.A. has staffed offices in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville and Lakeland, plus a satellite office in Sebring, Florida. With a total staff of 10 attorneys and nearly 100 employees, the firm continues to grow while serving individual clients.

The law firm of Burnetti, P.A. has never represented insurance companies and never will. The firm is here to serve individuals and consumers who are in need of assistance in personal injury law, including wrongful death, medical malpractice, workers compensation and social security disability.
