Meet Tim Sanders:

"Following graduation from law school, I practiced law for four years at a medium-sized law firm in Saginaw, Michigan. My practice primarily consisted of defending insurance companies and their insured in personal injury cases, contract actions, and policy disputes.

Although I enjoyed the experience I gained doing defense work, I became frustrated defending insurance companies and trying to downplay the claims of people who were genuinely hurt. One thing I did benefit from was representing injured people at social security disability appeals. While doing social security work, I came to realize that I needed to make a change. It was at this point I decided to move to Florida and represent the injured, rather than the wealthy insurance companies.”
