Dean BurnettiHi, I'm Dean Burnetti from the Law Offices of Burnetti, P.A. I started my practice in 1986, after graduating from Oral Roberts University Law School. Since that time I have been practicing as an advocate for injured workers and in personal injury matters in the state of Florida over the last 22 years. My wife, Patti, and I have lived in Florida since 1976. We have two daughters and seven grandchildren with the expectation of more in the future. I believe in family values. I believe my strength originates in my relationship with God and family. I also believe that my clients benefit from that strength. This has become a foundation that my practice is built upon. Before attending law school I not only did my time in college, but I also attended Seminary. I believe that this time developed a core strength that serves my clients. I decided a long ago to treat my clients as my friends. In fact I encourage my clients that if they do not see me as their friend that they do not need me to represent them. I do believe that it is important to have a relationship with your client that is founded not only in professionalism but also in loyalty and trust. Over the last 22 years of my practice I have attended jury trials and workers compensation trials that number into the hundreds. I have learned many lessons not only applying to trial practice skills but also in understanding the relationship that exists between a client and their attorney. That's why my clients are my friends and I try to put their welfare before any others' interest. In the arena of courtroom practice, there are many risks and rewards. You can never guarantee anything to a client about what the future or outcome will be whether it be by judge or jury. What I can guarantee them is that they have my loyalty and that their family's welfare is of prime importance to me personally. I hope that you will give me and our firm the chance to represent you and become your friend in time of need.
