John Arnold

     Hi, I'm John Arnold. I work in the Jacksonville offices of Burnetti, P.A. I have lived in Jacksonville for over ten years and have been an attorney for 18 years, representing people that have been injured through no fault of their own. I understand that when clients contact me, they are going through a very difficult time in their lives due to being injured by someone else's negligence. They are often in very severe pain, may not have transportation due to their car being damaged, and they may not be able to work due to injuries they received. As a result, they encounter financial difficulty and so it is very important that they receive prompt, personal and aggressive representation in pursuing compensation for their losses and injuries. Since insurance companies employ highly trained professional adjusters and defense lawyers whose only goals are to increase their company profits by paying out as little as possible to injured claimants, I am happy to have the opportunity to be able to help level the playing field for my clients by assisting them in obtaining the full amount of compensation they are entitled to under the law.

     On a personal note, I graduated from the University of Florida, where I earned my Juris Doctor and where it became my goal to be a lawyer that would be an advocate for others who needed legal help in civil matters. Representing injured clients was a perfect fit for me. After 11 years practicing law, I was able to serve three years as the Legal Representative for an international non-profit organization, where I lived and worked in Lima, Peru. I joined the firm of Burnetti, P.A. upon returning home to Jacksonville.

     I have been married for 22 years and when not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children. Our favorite activity is traveling. In addition to many US states, the four of us have traveled to Spain, Peru, Puerto Rico, Chile, and Portugal.
