Gilster-Mary Lee recently announced a recall of its Hill Country Fare 6.4 oz. Lasagna Dinner after a Creamy Noodle Tuna Helper seasoning pouch was found in a carton that should have had a Lasagna flavored seasoning pouch. The tuna pouch has a Soy (allergen) ingredient not present in the Lasagna seasoning. People who have soy allergies may run the risk of an allergic reaction if they consume this product.
The implicated packages have a Best By date of NOV 21 12 Y18. (UPC# 41220-78102). As many as 8,376 cartons (698 cases) may have been affected.
No illnesses have been reported in connection with this dinner mix.
