The Troxel Company recently announced a recall of the Flexible Flyer Swing Sets. The firm received 1,232 reports of see saw seats breaking resulting in 13 injuries to young children that included bumps, bruises and lacerations.
The see saw seats can break away from the bolt fasteners during use, posing a fall hazard.
The children’s swing sets were sold from December 2011 through May 2012. This recall involves the Flexible Flyer swing sets that come in 11 different models each with a see saw attachment along with swings, bars or a slide. The model number can be found on a sticker located underneath the center of the top bar of each swing set unit. Model numbers and names are listed below:

According to the recall notice, consumers should stop using the see saws immediately and contact Troxel to receive a free repair kit.
