The engine cover on approximately 7,000 2013 Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups is being replaced with an alternative design because the original cover was found to have less heat resistance than intended. The recall is expected to start in May.
The 2012 Jeep Patriot and Jeep Compass vehicles are also being recalled because a faulty hose inside the gas tank can cause the SUVs to run out of fuel, which may cause the engine to stall while driving. The recall is expected to being in May.
The 2013 Dodge Dart is also being recalled because the brake calipers do not meet specifications.
