Our client was a helmeted driver of a 1995 Harley Davidson, who was traveling northbound on a local road proceeding through an intersection. The tortfeasor, who was traveling eastbound, pulled out in front of him, causing our client to t-bone the tortfeasor on the front passenger side. This forced the tortfeasor to run into a third vehicle on other side of the intersection. The client suffered the following injuries: fractured skull with bleeding in brain, six fractured ribs, bruised lungs, fractured left wrist, fractured pelvis, and fractured left lower leg. He received a $100,000 settlement.
