Children’s Watches Recalled for Chemical Burns & Skin Irritations
MZB has recalled approximately 1.9 million Children’s Light Up Watches due to the risk of chemical burns and skin irritations. The back of the watch can come undone posing the hazard of water reaching the interior causing skin rashes, redness, and chemical burns.
The watches were sold at Kmart, Kohl’s, Walmart and other nationwide retailers from October 2012 to June 2015. There are 303 styles of the Light Up watches issued in the recall. Consumers can locate the style number on the back of the watch case.
