Frequently, I’m asked, how much does it cost to hire a personal injury attorney? My name is Jeff Diamond, and I’m a personal injury attorney here in Central Florida with Burnetti, PA.
There is no cost to you unless there is a recovery. Any attorney that takes your case should invest the time, obtain medical records, obtain the police report if there is one, get videos if there are videos, and do any other investigation necessary. Then take the case and try to resolve it for you either through settlement or all the way up through a trial in front of a jury.
If the case is accepted, and if there’s a settlement or there’s a trial in front of a jury and a good result is obtained, the law firm will take a fee and take its costs out of that, with absolutely no cost to you. There should never be a cost to you in a personal injury case.
If you or someone that you know has been injured due to the carelessness of someone else, consult an attorney right away. Please contact one-eight hundred BURNETTI. Thank you for watching.
