Burnetti, P.A. team members are recognized for their accomplishments as:
Personal injury lawyers at Burnetti, P.A. aggressively represent clients through quality counsel and advocacy, and are ready and willing to go to trial on your behalf. To help prepare for the courtroom experience, Burnetti, P.A. constructed a mock courtroom to provide a real-life forum to rehearse cases.
The simulated courtroom helps attorneys prepare compelling arguments and supporting presentations to explain to judges and juries the cause of your injury. A judge’s bench, witness stand, and jury box create a realistic environment, while computers and technology are used to present evidence and information supporting claims. The mock courtroom also helps clients and witnesses feel more comfortable with their case and the legal process.
Cases may be presented to mock jurors selected from the same area where your case will be heard, allowing the attorneys to gather an understanding of what appealed to jurors, and the strengths and weaknesses of the case. This feedback is critical to building a case, and allows for the team to adjust trial strategies as they strive to maximize financial recovery for you.
Training in an actual courtroom setting can be invaluable to a case. It allows clients to gain experience in a forum that mirrors what they may face in a courtroom. By utilizing the mock courtroom, you may be able to ease your worries while our team strengthens your case.
Over the years, the mock courtroom has helped Burnetti, P.A. recover millions for clients. Contact us today to discuss how we may be able to help with your potential claim.
