Car Accident – H.R.

My name is Henry McKean, and I was involved in a car accident. One of the things that most impressed me with coming here was that I actually got to talk to Mr. Burnetti. He was a very nice person and extremely helpful with many of the things that needed to be done, including dealing with doctors and other matters that needed to be taken care of.

Toward the end of the process, he made sure that everyone was taken care of, including anything that needed attention afterward.

A friend of mine and I were coming back from Bartow. We were coming off Bartow Highway and were sitting at a traffic intersection down by the car lot—I think they call it Regal Chevrolet now.

We were sitting at a red light when a gentleman, I can’t really speculate about what happened, but he ran into the rear end of my car while we were at a complete stop.

After that, one thing led to another. We talked to a few people and tried getting some help, and eventually we spoke with Mr. Burnetti. He was extremely helpful in getting us to the right people for medical care and helping us take care of our business.

I was extremely comfortable with him. He was very helpful. I also had my wife with me when we came, and overall I felt extremely comfortable talking with everyone here.

They are excellent people. There was a gentleman who was Mr. Burnetti’s aide who was extremely helpful, and a young lady named Teresa who was more than excellent. She showed real diligence in making sure things were handled properly.

Toward the end, we also met a young lady named Beverly who helped us finish getting everything done.

When you come here, you feel a nice, warm atmosphere. These folks genuinely care about what happens to you and how things work out for you.

As with most attorneys, we had to schedule an appointment, but he was very quick to respond and meet with us. Unlike some other experiences I’ve had in the past, this gentleman was extremely warm and friendly.
