We accept two kinds of referrals for personal injury and wrongful death cases:

1. Straight referral: For cases that your law firm is not currently able to handle, consider a straight referral to Burnetti, P.A. Referral Group, which will hand the entirety of the case over to us. We will work on it as if it were our case from the beginning and look for creative ways to win for your – and now our – client.
2. Joint participation: For cases that require significant manpower and resources, as well as in-depth legal knowledge, consider a joint participation referral that will have your legal team work alongside Burnetti, P.A. Referral Group. Together, we can achieve incredible things for clients in need.

In either situation, we will honor participation fees as stipulated by the Florida Bar Rules. Although we have several offices in Florida, we can accept select case referrals from law firms and attorneys throughout the U.S.
